Reception staff seemed inexperienced and could have been more helpful. Paying extra for sunbeds on the beach was frustrating, especially since we booked an all-inclusive option. Some days the service was a bit rushed during meals, and the check-in process was quite slow and tiring. Wi-Fi in the room was spotty, which was disappointing. All these things made it a mixed bag, but the beautiful beach kept things enjoyable. Overall, it's a place with great potential if they can improve on those service details.
